This empowerment workshop takes children on a journey where two friends explore two cities, each with a different mindset. One believes “I can't,” while the other believes “I can.”

 

Through interactive activities and engaging discussions, this workshop empowers kids to recognize their thoughts, shift them, and develop skills for self-esteem.

The Power Within

Using the power of storytelling, Coach Ashley recounts the story of Trudy whose friend, Wyatt the Wise Wizard, helps her unlock her inner power.

This multi-sensory workshop helps kids understand how our minds are programmed by both positive and negative self-talk, helping kids gain knowledge to empower themselves. Kids will learn the importance of positive self-talk and its impact on their self-esteem.

This is an essential life skill and will guide them throughout their lives, boosting their confidence and tapping into their true potential.
