• Learn about self-talk and how it shapes their mind.
• Engage in activities that reframe how they see-themselves.
• Engage in Yoga, Nature Time, and Dance Movement centered around confidence.
• Learn the scripts and phrases they can use to stand up for themselves and self-advocate.
• Discover topics such as Negativity Bias, Confirmation Bias and ‘sticky thoughts’ and how to honor their unique selves.
